Thank you for purchasing HCE products(here refers OEM brands manufactured by HCE and HCE branding products together). All new HCE products come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized distributor(together refers to HCE ’s customers and their authorized resellers). All HCE products sold as "refurbished", "reconditioned", or "factory renewed" are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized agent.
1. Limited Warranty Conditions
The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on HCE products. HCE warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product: (i) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by HCE or HCE’s authorized distributors, (ii) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions provided by HCE or HCE’s authorized distributors, (iii) which has been altered or damaged by accident; (iv) which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, power shortage, or negligence or (v) which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions.
2. Warranty Procedure
For the duration of the warranty period, HCE will replace or repair defective products. If a product is suspected of being defective, local distributors (HCE’s Customers who bought the products from HCE) should gather this reported unit one by one monthly,And fill the diagnosis form provided by HCE and then send all the filled diagnosis forms back to HCE’s service center at support@hcelec.com, A after-sale service representative will check whether all the reported units are under HCE’s warranty and then the local distributor sends back the confirmed monthly warrantable units together in a courier parcel(DHL/UPS for reference). HCE’s after-sale service engineer will authorize the exchange or repair of the defective item. Products must be shipped in the original or comparable packaging with shipping and insurance charges prepaid on local distributors’ own account. While, HCE will send back the repaired or exchanged units back to the local distributor with shipping and insurance charges on HCE’s account.
3. Limitation of Warranty
Neither HCE or its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the HCE products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall HCE or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages.
